About

I'm a creative manager and brand designer based in Charlottesville, Virginia — soon to be an MBA candidate at UNC Kenan-Flagler.

For the past four years I've led graphic design, marketing, and creative strategy at The Paramount Theater, a nonprofit performing arts venue where the work spans everything from visual identity systems and campaign advertising to event photography and video. What ties it together isn't the medium — it's the intention behind it. I think of myself less as an artist and more as a designer: I make things for people, and I care about how those things land.

The work I'm most proud of doesn't announce itself. It holds up at a glance and rewards a closer look — clean on the surface, considered underneath.

The move into brand management is a natural next step. I've spent years on both sides of a creative vision: generating the idea and executing it. The MBA is where I build out the other half — the data, the research, the market thinking — so the work can operate at a bigger scale.

When I’m not designing, you’ll probably find me making gnomes at the local pottery studio, vibing at a local performance arts venue, lying out on my paddleboard at a nearby lake, or at home watching a movie or a show while I wait for my dough to proof.
